e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD

Job Description

• Full-time e-Commerce/Department Lead with The Kroger Co. in Bennett, CO; work mode is not specified.
• Supports the Store e-Commerce Manager with daily grocery e-commerce operations, order intake, work assignment, labeling, staging, equipment troubleshooting, and opening/closing procedures.
• Leads and trains selectors and customer attendants, provides performance feedback, assists with scheduling, and serves as department lead when the manager is unavailable.
• Requires proven supervisory experience, basic computer and math skills, ability to read shelf tags, strong oral and written communication, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws, food-safety procedures, and company guidelines.
