E-commerce Product & Search Relevancy Expert

Job Description

• Part-time, remote independent-contractor role supporting TELUS Digital AI systems through e-commerce product matching and search relevancy work.
• Match products by color, pattern, style, compatibility, use case, gender, price segment, and seasonality across high-volume SKU catalogs.
• Maintain structured, accurate product-match data according to strict brand and category guidelines while researching technical product domains such as skiing, cycling, and gym fitness gear.
• Requires a proven track record in search relevancy, product categorization, or e-commerce content moderation and annotation; a minimum Bachelor's degree; B1 English proficiency; and completion of a subject-specific qualification exam and ID verification.
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule; native language and any additional languages spoken are requested.
