E-Commerce Project Manager - Wordpress, Shopify

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end e-commerce implementation, migration, launch, and post-launch projects across WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce in a 100% remote, part-time role scheduled for 30 hours per week.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, change control, status reporting, KPIs, and executive documentation.
• Coordinate development, design, content, paid integrations, internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders, translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Direct QA, test planning, UAT coordination, defect management, third-party integrations, API and data mapping, and adherence to conversion, SEO, performance, and security best practices.
• Required: hands-on WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce project experience; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without non-immigrant visa sponsorship. Compensation is $50–$62 USD/hour.
