Job Description
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility support systems in an on-site industrial manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot 120V–480V electrical systems, motors, controls, sensors, relays, AC/DC drives, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems.
• Complete root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability initiatives focused on OEE and process stability.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders in SAP and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve uptime.
• Requires a High School Diploma/GED, 3+ years in manufacturing or an industrial environment, 2+ years of industrial maintenance and molding-machine experience, and compliance with GMP, OSHA, and LOTO procedures.
