Job Description

• Support refugee children in accessing preschool services and succeeding academically and socially in elementary school.
• Plan and implement access to Head Start, pre-kindergarten, scholarships, childcare, daycare, afterschool care, VPI, and other early childhood education opportunities.
• Provide individualized case management, referrals, parent education, workshops, and advocacy for children with special needs.
• Maintain case documentation and program data in ETO and other systems while meeting IRC standards, donor requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in education, social services, or a related field or equivalent experience; relevant childhood development or school-based experience required, with 2 years preferred; valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle required.
