Job Description
• Perform production, maintenance, testing, repair, inspection, and reassembly of aviation equipment in Grand Prairie, TX, in an on-site, full-time role.
• Repair aviation units under FAA regulations and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) requirements while maintaining regulatory, quality, safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Use torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), soldering equipment, schematics, technical manuals, and ERP work-order systems.
• Test electronic components, inspect mechanical assemblies, evaluate corrosion and component acceptability, install safety wire, and apply TSN/CSN maintenance concepts.
• Safeguard sensitive information, document activities and parts control accurately, support process improvements, and work efficiently with attention to detail under supervision.
