Job Description

• Full-time Elementary STEM Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year at Crossroads Charter Schools.
• Develop lesson plans and deliver individual and group instruction using established curriculum guidelines, hands-on activities, workshop-model instruction, and project-based learning.
• Align weekly objectives and instructional activities with the Common Core and Missouri Learning Standards; adapt resources for varied backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
• Maintain a positive, organized classroom using BIST and Love & Logic discipline models; track records and student performance goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, administrators, students, parents, and guardians; participate in meetings, training, and professional development.
