Job Description

• Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Attorney with Beacon Hill Staffing Group, supporting a law-firm practice in Boston, MA; work mode is not stated and the role is full-time.
• Advise employers and corporate clients on employee benefits and executive compensation issues in mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and other transactions.
• Counsel on qualified retirement, health and welfare, and other benefit plans, including design, operation, compliance, and correction.
• Structure and advise on deferred compensation, incentive, equity, severance, retention, change-in-control, and employment arrangements; address ERISA, Internal Revenue Code Sections 409A and 280G, and related tax requirements.
• Requires 4+ years of relevant experience, transaction and drafting experience, strong ERISA knowledge, and excellent judgment, communication, organization, collaboration, and proactivity; anticipated starting salary is $260,000.
