Job Description
• Full-time Engineer III - Plumbing role with Marriott in Kissimmee, FL; work mode is not specified in the posting.
• Respond to guest repair requests and independently perform complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pool-heating, and hotel MEP systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, inventory and parts requisition, Engineer on Duty readings and rounds, and shift-to-shift communication of activities and problems.
• Requires at least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience, a high school diploma or G.E.D. with vocational or technical background, valid driver’s license, Universal CFC Certification, and applicable state/federal certifications or licenses.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout, company, safety, security, and Local and National code requirements; lift up to 50 pounds independently and train or mentor other engineers as needed.
