Job Description
• Lead Chariot Claims' consumer platform across engagement, community, education, referral, and growth-loop products for an AI-driven legal claims platform.
• Own trust and safety for community surfaces, including moderation and fraud deterrence, while expanding the types of cases consumers can discover and join.
• Build production software and internal platform foundations using TypeScript/React, Go, AWS, MCPs, coding harnesses, agents, evals, and human interfaces.
• Recruit, vet, and grow the engineering team; the role requires staff-level technical scope, end-to-end product ownership, autonomous product judgment, and Series A-or-earlier experience.
• Remote role with hybrid availability in NYC/SF; listed compensation is $220K–$270K/year and the position is Full-Time / Contract (Flexible).
