Engineering Product Manager (Hybrid)

Job Description

• Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and success metrics for Splunk AppDynamics enterprise observability capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, design, architecture, program management, customers, partners, sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Advance integrated experiences across Splunk AppDynamics, Splunk, Splunk Observability Cloud, Splunk IT Service Intelligence, and Cisco technologies.
• Apply expertise in application performance monitoring, cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, AIOps, OpenTelemetry, generative AI, and enterprise SaaS.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, 7+ years of product management experience, and 3+ years shipping substantial products or features end-to-end; hybrid work requires one day weekly in San Jose or San Francisco, CA.
