Job Description

• Teach small groups of entering, emerging, and newcomer English Language Learners across grade levels and provide push-in support across content areas.
• Review intake assessments, analyze student work and assessment trends, gather academic growth data, and write goals supporting English proficiency.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school leaders, families, and external partners to differentiate instruction, create modified materials, and implement required accommodations.
• Support student social-emotional and academic development, build positive relationships, and advocate for English Language Learners.
• Required TESOL certification; 1–2 years of experience impacting K-12 students in urban schools and communities preferred.
• Full-time position in Mamaroneck, NY; compensation is $72,000–$115,000 per year.
