Job Description
• Lead 2 or more self-organizing, mature Scrum and Kanban teams in a software development/SaaS environment and manage product delivery execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint commitments, backlog refinement, technical alignment, team coaching, and continuous improvement using servant leadership.
• Configure Jira workflows, filters, capacity plans, automations, reports, and dashboards; use Jira and Looker Studio to analyze cycle time, lead time, WIP limits, and burndown.
• Remove technical dependencies, operational roadblocks, and cross-team blockers while supporting Product Managers and Product Owners with product backlogs, epics, technical stories, and roadmaps.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree, first-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or Team Kanban Practitioner), 4+ years contributing to the SDLC, 3+ years as a Scrum Master/Kanban Practitioner, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
• Remote/work-from-home role restricted to specified U.S. states; requires camera-on video participation, reliable high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, webcam, and travel to Madison, WI or St. Louis, MO up to 2–4 times per year.
