Enterprise Account Manager - (Remote, West Time Zone - USA)

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Enterprise Account Manager role for TeamViewer Germany GmbH; candidates should reside in the U.S. West Time Zone.
• Own and grow a book of 20-40 enterprise SaaS or technology accounts, with accountability for gross retention, net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion quota.
• Proactively manage renewals, negotiate multi-year commercial agreements, identify and close expansion opportunities, and maintain weekly forecasts in Salesforce.
• Requires 3+ years of enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales experience with existing customers, plus a proven retention and expansion record.
• Requires strong negotiation, procurement, consultative selling, executive communication, account planning, and CRM skills; up to 40% domestic travel is required.
