Job Description
• Entry-level, full-time hybrid civil/site engineering role based in VHB’s Richmond, VA office for a 2027 graduate.
• Develop site civil engineering plans and specifications for complex land development projects across residential, industrial, hospitality, institutional, and commercial sites.
• Perform civil engineering design and permitting involving grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, and parking; prepare plans and reports for State and local permitting.
• Requires a BS in Civil Engineering or related field and 0–1 years of engineering experience; AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and StormCAD experience is preferred.
• Salary is $76,000–$79,000/year, with potential annual incentive, spot, and merit-based bonuses.
