Equity Research Associate - Digital Assets & Infrastructure

Job Description

• Full-time Equity Research Associate role with Chardan’s digital assets and infrastructure research team in New York, NY; work mode is not specified.
• Requires 1–4 years of equity research experience, finance and accounting background, and industry knowledge spanning digital assets, data centers, and/or artificial intelligence.
• Builds financial and valuation models, performs company valuation analysis, conducts digital-assets diligence, and develops evidence-based research.
• Supports primary research, investor research ideas, management calls, conferences, client requests, and special projects, presentations, and reports.
• Requires current regulatory licenses such as Series 7, SIE, 63, 86, and 87; salary is $115,000–$150,000, with potential annual bonus consideration.
