Job Description
• Support the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and ongoing development of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert across Core HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Goal Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, Talent, and Self-Service.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis and design workshops, configure Oracle Cloud applications, and support testing and UAT.
• Prepare documentation and training materials and manage system upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, at least 3 full implementations, proven Core HCM and Payroll expertise, a Bachelor's Degree, and preferably Fusion HCM certification.
