Event Assistant

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Event Assistant role at Denver Union Station in Denver, CO, paying $26/hour.
• Set up meetings, lunches, breaks, satellite bars, furniture, and event spaces; perform breakdown, cleanup, and resetting.
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines, vendor/event-partner interactions, guest questions, and show-readiness.
• Requires preferred prior experience in events, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, venues, or a similar fast-paced environment; no degree required or mentioned.
• Requires open availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules, plus physical ability to remain on your feet and assist with setup and breakdown.
