Job Description

• Remote, full-time Event Operations Specialist supporting GRAIL’s Event Blood Draw Team from an approved US City and State, with travel up to 25% for onsite events.
• Own recurring logistics and administrative workflows, including Test Requisition Forms, courier scheduling, PHI dispatch to clinics, OnceHub links, kit ordering, inventory tracking, and Salesforce account and inbox management.
• Coordinate Events, Logistics, and external partners such as BioTouch and US Wellness while maintaining 100% SLA adherence for shipping deadlines and daily Slack reporting.
• Provide operational, registration, and logistics support at large-scale, high-volume, or high-risk clinical events and evaluate clinic kit flow, courier handoffs, and phlebotomy setup.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, clinical operations or event support experience, and strong organization and communication skills; 5 years of work experience preferred.
