Event Vehicle Operator (Denver)

Job Description

• Full-time Event Vehicle Operator role with BeCore Acquisition LLC in Denver, CO; the agency is described as remote, while the position requires Denver-based event operations and travel.
• Execute end-to-end event vehicle activations for a global beverage company, including driving, staging, setup/tear-down, product procurement, entertainment, onboard equipment operation, permits, and public-facing brand representation.
• Develop regional vehicle-use strategies informed by sports, gaming, music, art, and cultural knowledge; coordinate schedules and collaborate with internal teams and regional/national stakeholders.
• Maintain vehicle reliability, safety, cleanliness, and onboard entertainment systems; prepare program plans, event recaps, budgets, and expense reports.
• Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.
