Events Marketing, Senior Specialist (REMOTE CST or EST)

Job Description

• Lead event workstreams for Veeam’s flagship internal programs, including global sales kickoffs, incentive events, and leadership summits.
• Own event timelines, milestones, resources, deliverables, vendor operations, registration sites, attendee portals, communications, and performance reporting.
• Manage attendee gifting, purchase requisitions, invoices, event budgets, reconciliations, and vendor fulfillment.
• Requires 4+ years in event management, event production, or experiential marketing; Cvent experience; Microsoft Office proficiency; and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
• Remote full-time role for candidates working in CST or EST time zones; total target compensation ranges from $75,342–$125,628 to $103,920–$173,280 USD depending on geographic zone.
