Job Description
• Part-time, on-site Experience Design Specialist - Associate role with ExxonMobil in Spring, TX; must work from the ExxonMobil campus.
• Lead UX projects and a small team of UX designers and researchers, including work intake, timelines, resource needs, and stakeholder coordination.
• Design research-based products, services, interfaces, workflows, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes; conduct or incorporate user research, usability testing, and design principles.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Human Factors, HCI, Information Science, or a similar field, plus 10+ years of UX or related experience.
• Requires UX project leadership, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration with product managers and developers, Agile software-team experience, and excellent communication; Oil & Gas/Upstream UX experience is preferred.
