Experience Manager

Job Description

• Leads Ulta Beauty’s salon, boutique, makeup, retail sales, and guest-experience operations while managing NPS, sales, loyalty, payroll, shrink, and profitability goals.
• Manages, hires, develops, coaches, and motivates stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, sales managers, boutique leads, and other associates.
• Uses forecasts, payroll budgets, scheduling and task-management tools to execute store workload, merchandising resets, inventory control, replenishment, cleaning, and operational directives.
• Performs makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, while maintaining knowledge of beauty trends, products, services, ingredients, and benefits.
• Requires 2-3+ years of relevant fast-paced retail management experience, a cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law, and knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.
