Experienced P-8 Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Perform assembly, disassembly, overhaul, modification, and upgrade of P-8 aerospace vehicle systems and components at NAS Whidbey Island, WA.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; repair faulty components; configure aircraft and bench test equipment.
• Conduct validation/verification testing, inspections, flight-worthiness verification, and safe aircraft handling operations.
• Requires 3+ years of General Aircraft Mechanic techniques and processes; 4+ years supporting specified maintenance organizations is preferred.
• Must hold an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, be a U.S. citizen, work 100% onsite on 1st/variable shifts including weekends and overtime, and be willing to deploy domestically or internationally.
