Faculty: Master of Social Work Program Director

Job Description

• Direct the full-time, 12-month MSW Program within Concordia University Wisconsin's School of Health Professions at the Mequon, WI campus.
• Lead CSWE accreditation, including self-study, standards, program assessment, curriculum mapping, competency-based education, guidelines, and timelines.
• Oversee MSW curriculum, course scheduling, enrollment and admissions review, student orientations, program policies, budget, advisory board, personnel supervision, evaluations, and academic disciplinary actions.
• Teach and mentor MSW students in face-to-face and online environments while integrating social work ethics and a biblical worldview; an earned doctorate in Social Work or a related field and at least five years of practicing social work experience are required.
• Maintain an active peer-reviewed research and scholarship agenda and contribute to university, professional, and community service; proficiency with LMS platforms, preferably Canvas, is required.
