Federal HR Human Capital Consultant (Future Opportunities)

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Federal HR Human Capital Consultant role with Golden Key Group supporting federal civilian and defense agency clients.
• Provide consulting on human capital management, workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, HRIT implementation, and organizational transformation.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics; develop dashboards, reports, executive briefings, presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field, plus 5+ years of federal HR, human capital, or workforce consulting experience.
• Requires knowledge of federal HR regulations, OPM guidance, and Human Capital frameworks; Active Public Trust or Security Clearance is preferred.
• Compensation is $68,398.04–$82,371.84 per year.
