Field IT Support Technician Hardware, Printers & Retail Technology Support

Job Description

• Field-based, on-site IT support technician role with Rose International serving retail locations throughout Utah, including Ogden, Salt Lake City, Provo, and the Herriman area.
• Install, configure, repair, troubleshoot, image, and maintain PCs, printers, peripherals, networking equipment, cabling, and related retail technology.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of IT support experience, and a valid Driver’s License; an Associate degree in IT or Computer Science and retail technology experience are preferred.
• Requires extensive daily travel between stores in a personal vehicle, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, flexible evening/weekend/holiday availability, and participation in on-call rotations.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite, complete accurate service documentation, resolve issues independently, escalate when appropriate, and provide strong customer service while maintaining technology uptime.
