Job Description
• Full-time, onsite Field Service Technician role with OPEX Corporation in Lincoln, NE, supporting warehouse automation and robotic material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, production support, and installation/setup of new equipment using hand tools.
• Diagnose equipment issues with customers, management, and other personnel; keep customers informed and complete field service reports.
• Requires an Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience, PC competency with Word, Excel, and Windows OS, and a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Requires overtime availability, excellent customer service, ability to lift at least 40 pounds and heavy machine parts, and work in confined warehouse equipment spaces; pays $28.00–$30.00/hr depending on experience.
