Job Description
• Finance Leadership Development Program at AT&T involving a 2-year rotational program with two 12-month assignments across corporate finance business units.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, short- and long-term planning, financial modeling, book-close analysis, and ad hoc business-case analysis.
• Deliver strategic recommendations, financial reports, performance analysis, trend insights, budget variance analysis, and investment support while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Requires current MBA enrollment in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related specialty with estimated graduation by June 2027, plus 3+ years of full-time experience after an undergraduate degree.
• Full-time, in-office work in Dallas 5 days per week; AT&T will not sponsor work visas. Annual salary: $118,800–$178,200.
