Finance Manager - Regulatory Policy

Job Description

• Finance Manager role focused on interpreting, monitoring, and communicating U.S. banking regulatory developments, especially regulatory capital and liquidity rulemakings.
• Evaluate regulatory and capital implications of transactions, products, business initiatives, and enterprise activities; provide guidance to business partners.
• Support regulatory change implementation, capital optimization, liquidity reporting, governance, examinations, inquiries, and Treasury functions.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and eight or more years of related experience; familiarity with Basel III, liquidity regulations, stress testing, and large-bank supervisory expectations is preferred.
• Hybrid Minneapolis role requiring work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week; salary range is $133,365.00–$156,900.00.
