Financial Analyst II

Job Description

• Financial Analyst II supporting leadership decision-making, financial performance, FP&A, data analytics, financial modeling, and M&A activities in a tech-enabled finance environment.
• Build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, P&L, working capital, backlog, and other KPIs; perform variance analysis and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, CoPilot, and BST; prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and shareholder materials.
• Support acquisition analysis, due diligence, integration planning, ROI scenario development, process improvement, data governance, and reporting enhancements.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and 2–3 years of financial analysis experience; location is South End Charlotte, initially remote for 2 months and then hybrid; full-time.
