Job Description
• Financial Analyst role supporting lease-payment operations, lease invoices, landlord reconciliations, and lease portfolio finance activities.
• Hybrid schedule based in Cupertino, CA: in-office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and remote Monday/Friday.
• Requires 2–5 years of financial-role experience, ERP, payment processing or accounts payable, landlord/vendor, large-data, and intermediate Excel experience.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or commensurate experience; background screening is required.
• Full-time W2 contractor assignment through 4/18/2027 with a maximum rate of $45.52/hr and weekly pay.
