Job Description
• Full-time Financial Officer role with Compeer Financial based in Sun Prairie, WI; hybrid work option up to 50% remote.
• Manage and grow agricultural loan and lease portfolios, service existing clients, process commercial and real estate loans, and pursue new loan sales.
• Advise agricultural clients on loans, leases, crop insurance, life insurance, financial operations, and workable solutions to business challenges.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience, agribusiness or agricultural credit experience, a current state insurance license to sell crop insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
• Base pay: $67,700–$114,200 USD; must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer, with no employment visa sponsorship available.
