Job Description

• Full-time Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst - IT role with Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix, AZ, supporting business units including HR, Credit, Finance, Marketing, and Audit.
• Own annual and monthly planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, financial modeling, KPI analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Advise and challenge business leaders, investigate performance variances, forecast financial impacts, and present actionable insights to senior management.
• Requires 7+ years of Finance experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• Requires advanced Excel plus strong Word and PowerPoint skills; SQL and/or SAS knowledge is beneficial, and reporting/business intelligence tools such as PowerBI are preferred.
