Job Description

• Lead core 0-to-1 Fintech initiatives for a fully remote, full-time design and innovation role.
• Translate strategic vision into execution roadmaps and drive implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and deliver critical milestones supporting rapid growth and potential spin-off activity.
• Requires proven domain expertise, extreme end-to-end ownership, and excellent English communication skills.
• Candidates must be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation/remote arrangements; compensation includes equity upside, with no specific salary disclosed.
