Job Description
• Senior Firmware Architect role at HPE in Fort Collins, CO, supporting Gen13 servers in a hybrid arrangement averaging 2 days per week in an HPE office.
• Lead cross-stack firmware architecture decisions, resolving system-level trade-offs and ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Develop organization-wide software architectures across multiple platforms; evaluate technologies and integration plans, and review designs for compliance with development standards.
• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent and typically 10+ years of experience.
• Requires expertise in Redfish, Open BMC, Yocto, secure software development life cycle, scalable multi-management-processor firmware, test-driven development, and AI-enabled development/testing; Colorado salary is USD 160,000–303,000 annually.
