Job Description
• Own the product vision, roadmap, strategy, and prioritized backlog for assigned Salesforce product areas supporting Marriott Digital Services’ Commercial Performance platform.
• Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, user-story development, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, QA, technical delivery teams, and business stakeholders to manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, delivery, UAT, and release outcomes.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, user-centered, secure, governed, aligned with Salesforce best practices, and optimized for adoption, efficiency, automation, and business impact.
• Requires 6+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar business systems/digital platform role; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu; hybrid Bethesda, MD or remote outside the commuting area.
