Flight Turnaround Operations Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinate aircraft turnaround activities in Denver, CO, ensuring compliance with the Turnaround Plan, safety procedures, and federal and international regulations in an on-site airport environment.
• Perform aircraft arrival and departure inspections, complete checklists and CLC planning, and prepare Movement of Aircraft and other flight reports.
• Document incidents, accidents, irregularities, airline paperwork, and delay reason codes while coordinating with the Ramp Supervisor and Captain.
• Requires previous flight operations or ground-handling experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid US driver’s license, fluent English, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; preferred aviation/logistics education, leadership experience, and aircraft-handling or aviation-security certifications.
