FLOATING DIRECTOR FOOD AND NUTRITION

Job Description

• Lead floating dining and foodservice operations across accounts in the Florida market, with primary location in Orlando, FL.
• Manage food quality, service delivery, culinary programs, team performance, client relationships, and associate development.
• Own account-level P&L, budgeting, cost controls, and financial results.
• Requires 3–5 years of foodservice operations experience, including high-volume food production and catering, plus budget management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred; Florida Level 2 background screening may be required for certain positions.
