Job Description

• Lead all Food & Beverage operations at Drury Hotels, including complimentary hot breakfast, 5:30 Kickback®, and Kitchen + Bar, in an on-site Greenville, SC role.
• Maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, food safety, quality assurance, brand standards, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, develop, and coach team members while leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls to support profitability and operational efficiency.
• Requires at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience in Food & Beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or hotel operations; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
