Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Description

• Manage daily Food and Beverage shift operations, including policy, standards, quality, staffing, equipment, supplies, and legal-obligation compliance.
• Maintain operating budgets, monitor financial and payroll information, and meet operational and guest-service objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and direct team members; establish performance standards, monitor productivity, and foster teamwork and accountability.
• Deliver exceptional Ritz-Carlton customer service by addressing guest concerns, reviewing satisfaction results, and improving service quality.
• Required: high school diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a related 2-year degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
