Job Description
• Manage daily food and beverage shift operations, quality standards, staffing levels, budgets, supplies, equipment, inspections, and compliance with F&B policies and legal obligations.
• Lead, coach, and monitor team members and supervisors while fostering motivation, empowerment, teamwork, trust, and adherence to brand-specific service culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, address concerns proactively, review satisfaction results, and support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Required: High school diploma/GED with 4 years of food and beverage, culinary, or related experience, OR a relevant 2-year degree with 2 years of related experience.
