Job Description
• Food & Beverage Intern for the 2027 season with Destination Geneva National in Lake Geneva, WI, working in a resort/country club hospitality environment.
• Operate restaurant POS and reservation systems, uphold opening/closing protocols, support service standards, and assist with restaurant supervision.
• Manage multi-venue food-and-beverage execution, inventory controls, on-course snack bars and beverage carts, forecasts, procedures, and staffing adjustments.
• Support weddings and golf events through floor-plan setup, BEO execution, guest and bridal-party communication, décor, banquet service, ceremonies, and event details.
• Requires current sophomore, junior, or senior enrollment in a four-year college program, preferably focused on hospitality, resort, or restaurant management, plus a minimum 12-week commitment and availability through September or longer.
