Food & Beverage Manager in Development

Job Description

• Develop leadership skills through a front-line food and beverage service role, manager shadowing, and progressively greater responsibility.
• Gain experience across A la Carte dining, banquet event operations, and Pool Snack Bar operations, with the goal of leading service teams in multiple outlets.
• Complete individualized on-the-floor training, weekly one-on-one meetings, reflection activities, CMAA education, club tours, networking, and collaboration with club leaders.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field; 2 years of prior club and/or food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Requires exceptional communication, strong work ethic, tolerance for seasonal indoor/outdoor conditions, and successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
