Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Food Lead Worker position with Sodexo at Western Colorado University in Gunnison, CO.
• Prepare and serve menus, maintain a safe working environment, and coordinate food-service workers and/or service employees under on-site management or supervisors.
• Perform daily food-service assignments and supervision duties while ensuring customer satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Requires 1 or more years of related work experience; candidates must be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and supportive of a healthy and safe work environment.
• Varying shifts with open availability preferred; pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour; full-time.
