Food Production Manager

Job Description

• LGL Technologies is hiring a Refinery Superintendent/Food Production Manager for its Newark Refinery in Newark, CA; the role is onsite and permanent/direct hire.
• Provide strategic operational oversight for a food production refinery, including safety, food quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.
• Ensure employee and food safety, environmental compliance, internal and external regulatory procedures, EH&S requirements, and government regulations are followed.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 6+ years of related work experience, Lean Six Sigma, and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Lead production deliverables, plant efficiency improvements, capital and operating budgets, expense control, and team talent-management decisions; salary is $124K–$160K/year.
