Food Service Director

Job Description

• Directs all food service operations at Snow Mountain Ranch, including dining, grill, café, camp kitchen, banquets, catering, and food truck services.
• Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, and coaches 10 year-round and up to 50 seasonal Food Service staff.
• Requires a degree in Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, Dietetics, Hotel Management, or a related field; at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume food service environment; and ServSafe or HACCP certification.
• Manages health and safety compliance, meal and delivery planning, quality control, food service budgets, staffing levels, and annual capital budget support.
• Requires a valid USA state-issued driver’s license, acceptable driving record, criminal background check approval, ability to lift 40 pounds, and availability for some evening, weekend, and holiday work.
