Job Description
• Operate gas- or electric-powered forklifts and other material-handling equipment for shipping, receiving, picking, staging, replenishment, stacking, and product movement in an on-site Frederick, MD warehouse.
• Load outbound and unload inbound shipments; accurately locate, store, pick, stage, package, band, shrink-wrap, label, and route products according to client requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Count and inspect inventory, verify quality, document orders, and report product damage or discrepancies to leadership.
• Maintain safe, clean, orderly operations; comply with OSHA/MSDS Standards, safety rules, corporate/site policies, and Standard Operating Procedures, while inspecting equipment and performing minor maintenance.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED, at least 6 months of logistics/distribution/relevant experience, successful forklift training, active forklift certification, basic computer/RF scanner/WMS skills, and ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 21-50 pounds.
• Full-time role with overtime as dictated by business; expected pay is $23.00/hour.
