Forklift Operator 1st Shift

Job Description

• Operate a stand-up forklift to safely move, pick, put away, receive, and load goods in an on-site warehouse in Bellwood, IL.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, organize pallets and materials, prepare shipments, perform quality checks, and process bill of ladings and new shipments.
• Use pick sheets and radio frequency equipment; maintain forklift/equipment and report hazards, damage, and quality variances.
• Requires 1–3 years of certified forklift experience, basic math skills, English label-reading and communication ability, and the ability to frequently lift 50 pounds or more.
• Full-time Tuesday–Saturday schedule, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; compensation is $19–$20/hour; OSHA compliance required.
