Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Forklift Operator role in Houston, TX, supporting US Foods' foodservice distribution warehouse operations.
• Work Sunday through Thursday nights, starting at 5pm until completion; operate industrial forklifts and powered industrial equipment.
• Transport palletized products between docks, storage areas, reserve slots, and warehouse pick slots while maintaining secure inventory placement.
• Perform equipment and safety inspections, document product/equipment/warehouse damage, and maintain clean aisles and safe operating practices.
• Requires OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification, ability to understand Voxware commands, basic math and literacy skills; high school diploma/equivalent and prior selector or forklift experience preferred.
• Starting pay is $27.75, with an expected base rate of $25.00–$27.75 plus applicable overtime compensation.
